At St Frock, we want you to love your new outfit, which is why we offer easy 30-day returns for store credit or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring they are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original tags attached.

• 3.
  Post Your Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will issue a store credit via email within 3-5 business days.
